Academic teacher and researcher at the SWPS University of Social Sciences & Humanities, Faculty of Psychology in Katowice. Her main research interests involve the role of contextual and personality factors in economic decision-making and human resource management. She teaches courses on economic psychology, psychology of decision-making, resolving conflicts, communication in business, trainer skills, recruitment, selection and adaptation of employees, group processes, building teams, creative thinking, and tools for assessing skills. Since 2010, she has been running her own company, providing training and counselling in business. She is also involved as a statistician in projects run at the Research Centre for Trauma & Dissociation.
